AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF SISONKE 1. To maintain a link with one another so as to be there for each other in times of need. 2. To give spiritual, social and financial support to the family in bereavement (and sickness) 3. To facilitate a decent and fitting burial for a member or their family 4. To show concern for each other 5. To share each other's sorrows 6. To guarantee support in an organised manner in times of need and celebration 7. To provide role models for our children to shape them for the future 8. To help, uphold and encourage some of our good cultural values/beliefs 9. To solicit for professional advice for the benefit of our members  |
